Mission Readiness Support Services (MRS)

Valbin Corporation, Mission Readiness Support (MRS) Services, has the capacity to provide cultural experts, SMEs and foreign language speakers personnel in support of military simulation exercises that maximize training effectiveness and soldier readiness. Valbin’s MRS management process comprises: 1) recruitment, screening, selection and preparation and assignment of highly qualified Foreign Language Speakers (FLS) and Management Support Team (MST) members with preference given to linguists with prior MRE experience; 2) highly responsive on-site coordination of personnel, logistics, supplies, schedules and transportation; 3) close and constant interface with client to ensure accurate and rapid response; and 4) implementation of quality assurance, control and improvement plans in accordance with Valbin’s management philosophy . Our on-site Project Managers will be the first line supervisors responsible for the conduct, discipline and supervision of all cultural experts, SMEs and FLS staff.

MRS Capabilities

Valbin Corporation draws on its extensive connections with american ethnic communities - particularly the Iraqi and Kurdish communities in the United States and our expanding database of over seven hundred Arabic and Kurdish FLS. Valbin recruits, screens, vets and selects personnel to ensure security, quality and effectiveness of all project activities. Valbin has gained trust and respect of those communities by providing excellent service to its clients and reliable employment and training to the american ethnic communities.

Valbin’s MRS management ensures that all contingencies such as medical emergencies and personnel replacements do not interfere in any way with the smooth operation of the simulation exercises. Furthermore, our management system is designed to maximize coordination with the needs of the US Government, its Clients, the Military Police and Army staff. Valbin’s MRS Management Support Team (MST) consists of the Program Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Administrative Officer , Operations Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, Supply Officer and Medical Officer.

Valbin personnel makes itself available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week by cell phone, radio and in-person to respond immediately to changes in scheduling, personnel rotations/status, and other needs. Above all, Valbin Corporation understands and is committed to serving the needs of the US Army in implementing highly realistic and effective training to support the rotation of soldiers to mission specific regions.

Recruiting Experience

Valbin has a proven capacity to recruit, interview, screen, test, deliver and manage large numbers of foreign language speakers, translators, interpreters, analysts, foreign media experts and cultural advisors to meet urgent and changing requirements.  Our foreign language professionals already are familiar with the demanding requirements of service at the simulation exercises.

Valbin has a proven track record of success in recruiting experienced and qualified foreign language speakers for rotations held in 2004 and 2005 to support large and small scale military training exercises.  Valbin’s senior personnel have participated in several prior rotations as key personnel.

Operations Experience in Military Training Environment

Valbin personnel are experienced in every aspect of planning and managing large-scale Civilian on the Battlefield (COB) exercises. Our MST has practical field experience in numerous rotations in the last two years. The logistics, administration, supply, housing, transportation, manning roster assignments, and 24/7 management of as many as 450 FLS professionals are skill sets where Valbin has direct, relevant, recent and successful experience.

Dynamic Management Style

Valbin provides real time, on site, 24/7 operational support to every program we undertake.  We recognize the ever-changing reality of military operations, especially where training attempts to replicate the chaos and uncertainty of combat operations in an urban environment.  We are prepared and experienced in working closely with military and contract staff to adjust role play assignments as frequently and promptly as necessary.  We have management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that track and control our personnel while in the field. Valbin promotes a corporate culture where challenges are anticipated, planned for, and resolved.
